Absorbent Dressing absorb exudate from wounds while also minimizing the amount of adherence to the wound bed itself. Some absorbent dressings form gel when put into contact with the exudate from a wound and some do not. Please refer to the individual product descriptions to find the dressing that best suits your needs.

Any excess exudate and cellular debris from the wound is contained in the dressing. This containment helps to prevent any microorganisms from entering the wound.

Absorbant dressing may also be sued to manage surgical incisions, abrasions, burns, or any other exudating wounds.
