Meets California Technical Bulletin 133 Flammability Standards

Provide padded comfort, fully adjustable reclining, and special drop-arms to make patients, clients, and loved ones more comfortable throughout their visit. Multiple seat colors and optional accessories are available for your customization.

  • Infinite recliner back patented mechanism provides infinite positioning of the back, ranging from 95 degrees to 145 degrees for increased resident comfort and pressure relief. The reclining back can be locked in any position by the caregiver.
  • A unique suspension system self-adjusts to each person, cradling the resident from head to heel and virtually eliminating the risk of “bottoming out”.
  • Extra-wide padded armrests and side panels maximize comfort.
  • Durable epoxy coated welded steel frame is easy to clean and maintain.
  • Quick-release upholstery allows for easy cleaning, removal and replacements.Vinyl upholstered back is sulfide stain, mildew and oil resistant.

The Preferred Care Recliner Series Drop-Arm is ideal for patients who can't easily stand, pivot, and sit. An easy-to-release drop arm mechanism on both arms allows for easy lateral transfers from a bed, wheelchair, or stretcher. The geri chair can be positioned from either side with foot pedals, allowing the caregiver to keep constant eye contact with the patient while repositioning. Side panels easily remove for easy access during cleanings and maintenance. The Preferred Care Recliner Series Drop-Arm, which supports up to 250 lb. of evenly distributed weight, meets California Technical Bulletin Flammability Test.
