Medline Optifoam Thin Foam Dressing is a highly conformable polyurethane foam adhesive dressing. It is ideal in the treatment of low to moderate draining wounds and skin tears. The dressing is constructed of a highly flexible micro-porous polyurethane membrane coated with a patterned adhesive. This provides an optimal balance between adhesion and fluid handling through moisture vapor management.
