The microAIR MA600 Alternating Pressure Low Air Loss Mattress is available as a single mattress, the pump only, or as a system that includes the mattress and air pump. This 80-inch long mattress supports a mighty weight load of 500-pounds to better accommodate heavier patients. The 3-in-1 alternating pressure system makes sure that 2/3rds of the patients body is always supported as the air cells cycle through. The air cells are crafted from soft nylon to provide comfort for extended periods of time.
