Pos-T-Vac Ultimate II Round Rings

A Pos-T-Vac Ultimate II Round tension ring, or support ring, is a ring that is placed around the base of a man's penis. The purpose of a tension ring is to slow the flow of blood from the erect penile tissue, thus maintaining a rigid erection for a period of time. These tension rings are designed to be used by men experiencing erectile dysfunction and/or impotence.

This is the only style of bands that I buy.
They hold the blood where its's supposed to be. All the other brands, that I've tried, don't do the job of keeping an erection. I have a Post-t-vac 2000 Bos and this is their favorites.
