Posey Soft Rail Wedges for Patient Bed Safety

The Posey Soft Rails can be used to keep patients from falling out of bed or making unassisted exits. Each repositionable bolster (one for each side) attaches with hook and loop fasteners for individual positioning and is easily removed for patient transfer. Choose from Posey Soft Rails with wipe-clean vinyl or brushed polyester covers.
