Sara Stedy Patient Transfer Aid by ArjoHuntleigh

The ArjoHuntleigh Sara Stedy is designed to assist caregivers with transferring patients with varying degrees of ability. Two ergonomically-curved panels make up the seat; each twists out of the way to allow the patient onto and off of the standing platform. Once standing, the seat panels are returned to their original position, allowing patients to sit at an angle.

A convenient crossbar provides patients with a support to lift themselves up or lower themselves down and also increases their confidence, while the textured standing platform provides optimal traction to prevent accidental slipping.

The low-clearance chassis is width-adjustable via foot pedals to accommodate low-sitting beds and wider furniture like wheelchairs. Caregivers can easily guide the Sara Stedy with and without a patient via the comfortably-curved handles and can ensure the aid remains stationary with simple foot-operated wheel locks.
