Trulife's Leisure collection of lightweight foam forms for post-surgery, leisure and moderate activites. Soft foam forms fit securely in post surgical camisoles and pocketed bras. The TruLife Tri-Leisure Breast Form 611 has an inner weighted core and a removable cotton-backed cover. The fabric cover is removable allowing for easy laundering.

Triangular Shape Breast Forms can be worn on either the left or right side of the body. These shapes are designed to suit most contemporary surgical techniques, where less breast tissue is removed.The TruLife Tri-Leaisure Breast Form is suited for temporary wear during leisure activities.
