Cardio Monitors

Cardio monitors generally come in two different types. The first type is a wireless chest strap that sends data to a monitor which can be worn on the wrist. The second type is a pulse monitor which is also worn on the wrist. This works by putting your finger on a certain designated spot on the watch to record your pulse.

Both types of cardio monitors provide real time monitoring of your heart rate. Cardio monitors are usually used for cardiovascular exercise such as running, walking, swimming, skiing, hiking, etc.
