Molnlycke Tubigrip Stockinette

Cotton-made tubular gauze that works as a stockinette for complete coverage without interrupting the bandage or wound site. Knitted with high grade yarn the tubular gauze can be used under plaster casts for better skin protection while also having the ability to hold dressings in place.

  • Conforms to body shape for uniform pressure to help control swelling
  • Use to provide circumferential tissue support for treating strains, sprains, general edema, post-burn scarring, and rib cage injuries
  • Tubigrip Elastic Tubular Bandage is available in beige or natural and is made of cotton stockinette with embedded covered elastic threads
  • Self-adjusting provides consistent pressure over contours
  • Can be used over wounds to secure bandages, or under orthoses for added protection, compression or padding
  • Generally used doubled over on itself, with a 4/5 inch to 1-1/5 inch (2 to 3cm) exterior layer edge overlap
  • Each roll measures 33 inches (10 m)
  • Sizes are based on the width of the flat bandage
  • Stockinette can be washed
