Free Shipping & Eligible Products

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 for most items shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Oversized products and liquid nutrition items may be excluded.

Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

• Standard UPS and USPS shipping within the contiguous U.S.
• Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• International shipping available on select items.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders typically take up to 24 business hours to process. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST on Friday begin processing the following Monday. Overnight or Saturday delivery may not be available.

Shipping carriers may include UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Freight or special-order items may require additional handling.

Oversized & Freight Deliveries

Oversized items are shipped curbside. Delivery will be made as close to your location as possible. Additional services (inside delivery, lift-gate, or special handling) may incur extra charges.

Shipping Promotions

Free or discounted shipping promotions may not apply to oversized medical equipment, liquid nutrition items, or incontinence products. This ensures we maintain competitive everyday pricing.

Returns & Authorization

All returns require a valid Return Authorization (RA#).
