As a physical therapist I've hoped to find an affordable version of the Roho cushion for people who don't have Stage IV ulcers. The Mosaic fills that need very well. Nicely constructed, easy to set up and to maintain, it should go a long way toward preventing those Stage IV ulcers from happening in the first place.

This is an excellent product. I've used it on several very long flights. The cushion is easy to inflate and deflate at the end of the flights. It compacts into a small roll that fits well in my carry-on luggage.
