BSN Cutimed Gel

BSN Cutimed Gel with its highly moisturising effect supports autolytic debridement as a gentle way to dissolve necrotic or sloughy tissue or to prepare wounds for surgical debridement. Used on dry wounds, this clear hydrogel also sustains a physiological wound environment in the later wound stages. This gel reduces the allergy risk as the formula is free of preservatives. This product can be covered with many types of secondary dressings (e.g. film dressings) without risk of incompatibility with preservative-free hydrogel.
