Joerns Healthcare's Hoyer Switch Stand-Aid is specially intended to be simple to use, small, and travel-friendly, with capabilities that are much beyond its simplicity. The simple yet efficient design of this transfer device makes it ideal for patients with good upper-body strength who want to be involved in their transfers but need a little help with short-distance transfers.

This HoyerŽ Up Sit-to-Stand Patient Transfer Lift, whether used for short-term or long-term care, allows patients to go from sitting to standing, increasing their freedom. Patients simply place their feet on the lift's clearly defined footplate, lean onto the adjustable and padded knee pads for support, and pull themselves to a standing posture using a handlebar across the top of the frame.
