Works as advertised & has everything needed. June 5, 2014 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Haymarket, VA United States   Have used the electric pump for about a month trying to recover from prostate surgery.  It works well and has been reliable so far.  Don't know if I'd be able to use the manual pump though as I've arthritis in my hands. Repair and/or Replacement November 9, 2013 Reviewer: Hubert Flowers from Los Angeles, CA United States   I just recently received my fourth (4) replacement of a product that I have been using for over five (5) years. The product is the “Encore Deluxe Battery Powered – Combo Vacuum Erection Device”, Your order# 31857. Obviously, I am pleased with the performance of the device, but the problem is that the vacuum motor burns out after repeated usage. It appears that the life of these motors are a year or so, depending on frequency of usage. My question is what do I do with three (3) burned out motors?  One (1) is completely dead, and two (2) are too weak to generate sufficient vacuum power for desired result. Is there any way to have these repaired or even trade in the three (3) non-working ones, for one (1) working replacement to keep for a backup when the just received unit eventually conks out as we know from experience it will?? Excellent August 12, 2013 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   I would recommend this product.  I didn't have much luck with the Manual Combo.  The deluxe system works great and is easy to use. appears to be well designed & made December 28, 2012 Reviewer: Philip White from Willowbrook, IL United States   Just received, and haven't had opportunity to try.  All appears to be well built, and both vacuum pumps work well. Only possible question is whether penile rings are marked as to size.  (Can't see any thru plastic bag, which I haven't opened yet.) Was this review helpful to you?
