Description

The Drive DeVilbiss Compact 10 Liter Oxygen Concentrator (1025DS) delivers up to 10 LPM of continuous flow oxygen in the same compact shell as the best-selling DeVilbiss 525DS 5-liter unit — making it substantially lighter and smaller than any other 10 LPM concentrator in its class. At just 42 lbs with rolling casters and top and side handles, it is the easiest high-flow home concentrator to move between rooms, position beside a bed, or place in a care facility setting.

The 1025DS includes the DeVilbiss OSD (Oxygen Sensing Device) as standard — continuously monitoring oxygen purity output and alerting the user with visual and audible alarms if concentration drops below safe levels. A rear auxiliary port connects to cylinder transfill systems, allowing patients to fill portable oxygen tanks at home directly from the concentrator. Compatible with high-pressure oxygen masks and large-volume nebulizers. Assembled in the USA. 3-year manufacturer's warranty. HCPCS code E1390.

Lightest 10 LPM. OSD Standard. Transfill Port. Made in USA.

Lightest 10 LPM · 42 lbs · Compact Shell · Easy Room-to-Room Movement At 42 lbs, the Drive DeVilbiss 1025DS is the lightest 10 LPM home oxygen concentrator available — built into the same compact footprint as the DeVilbiss 525DS 5-liter unit. Most competing 10 LPM concentrators weigh 55–60 lbs or more. Smooth-rolling casters and top and side handles make it easy to reposition between rooms throughout the day — a meaningful advantage for patients who use high-flow oxygen around the home or in a care facility setting.
OSD Oxygen Sensing · Continuous Purity Monitoring · 87%–96% O2 The built-in DeVilbiss OSD (Oxygen Sensing Device) continuously monitors the concentration of oxygen being delivered and triggers a visual indicator and audible alarm if output drops below safe levels. The 1025DS delivers 87% to 96% oxygen concentration across its full 2 to 10 LPM flow range — providing reliable, high-purity oxygen for patients with advanced respiratory requirements who depend on consistent delivery 24 hours a day.
Rear Transfill Port · Nebulizer Compatible · High-Flow Mask Ready The rear auxiliary port on the 1025DS connects directly to cylinder transfill systems, allowing patients to fill portable oxygen tanks from the concentrator at home — eliminating the need for separate oxygen tank deliveries for on-the-go use. The 1025DS is also compatible with high-pressure oxygen masks and large-volume nebulizers, making it a versatile choice for patients who require both continuous flow oxygen and nebulizer therapy as part of their daily regimen.

Frequently Asked Questions

The 1025DS is built into the same compact shell as the DeVilbiss 525DS 5-liter unit — a platform engineered from the ground up to be significantly smaller and lighter than traditional oxygen concentrator designs. Most 10 LPM concentrators require a much larger cabinet to house the compressor and sieve beds needed for high-flow delivery. DeVilbiss engineered the 1025DS to deliver 10 LPM output in that compact footprint, resulting in a 10 LPM unit that weighs just 42 lbs — substantially lighter than competing models. Call us with any questions. 866-218-0902.
Yes. The Drive DeVilbiss 1025DS includes a rear auxiliary port that is compatible with cylinder transfill systems. This allows you to fill portable oxygen tanks directly from the concentrator at home, eliminating the need for scheduled oxygen tank deliveries for on-the-go use. Call us at 866-218-0902 to confirm compatibility with a specific transfill system before purchasing.
Yes. The Drive DeVilbiss 1025DS is compatible with high-pressure oxygen masks and large-volume nebulizers, making it suitable for patients who require both continuous flow supplemental oxygen and nebulizer therapy. If you have specific questions about nebulizer compatibility with your current equipment, call us at 866-218-0902 before purchasing.
Your physician's prescription will specify the flow rate in liters per minute (LPM). If your prescribed flow rate is at or below 5 LPM, a 5 LPM model will meet your needs. If your prescription exceeds 5 LPM — even at 5.5 LPM — or if you need to power a nebulizer or transfill portable tanks, a 10 LPM model like the 1025DS is required. If you are unsure which applies to you, call us at 866-218-0902 and our respiratory specialists will help you choose the right unit.
