Gentell Hydrogel Wound Dressing — Aloe Vera-Based, Gel, Spray & Saturated Gauze
More viscous. More versatile. Built around aloe. Gentell Hydrogel Wound Dressing is a crystal-clear, aloe vera-based hydrating wound gel formulated to be more viscous and less runny than standard hydrogels — staying in place on the wound bed rather than migrating onto healthy skin. Available in three formats for different wound types and care settings: tube gel for standard application, an adjustable spray bottle for tunneling and hard-to-reach wounds, and 12-ply saturated gauze pads for single-use infection control.
✔ Aloe Vera-Based — Acemannan, Amino Acids & Enzymes ✔ More Viscous Than Standard Hydrogels ✔ Crystal Clear — Wound Visible at All Times ✔ 3 Formats — Gel, Spray & Saturated Gauze

What Makes Gentell Hydrogel Different
Most standard hydrogels are watery enough to run off the wound bed and onto surrounding skin — requiring more frequent reapplication and increasing maceration risk. Gentell Hydrogel is formulated to be significantly more viscous, staying in place on the wound surface from application to dressing change. The aloe vera base does more than just deliver moisture — aloe vera is a natural source of acemannan, plus amino acids, glycoproteins, vitamins, and enzymes that support the wound healing environment at a biological level. The crystal-clear formula means the wound is visible through the gel without removal, allowing continuous assessment without unnecessary disruption.
- More viscous than standard hydrogels — stays on the wound, won't run onto periwound skin
- Aloe vera extract delivers acemannan, amino acids, glycoproteins, vitamins, and enzymes
- Sorbitol and carbomer base maintains viscosity and gel structure on the wound surface
- Allantoin soothes and conditions wound tissue during the healing process
- Crystal-clear formula — wound can be assessed and documented through the gel
- Adjustable spray format reaches tunneling wounds, undermined areas, and awkward sites
- Saturated gauze format delivers hydrogel and wound coverage in a single sterile product
- Propylene glycol acts as humectant — keeps gel from drying out between applications
Which Format Is Right?
- Tube Gel (GTL11140) — Standard application for flat or shallow wounds. Apply 1/8" thick with a clean applicator or gauze. Best for most pressure ulcers, burns, surgical wounds, and ulcers
- Adjustable Spray Bottle — For tunneling wounds, undermined wound areas, and any site where direct tube or applicator access is difficult. The adjustable nozzle directs gel precisely into the wound track
- Saturated Gauze (GEN-11400C) — 12-ply gauze pre-saturated with Gentell Hydrogel gel. Ideal where single-use infection control is a priority or where a combined gel-and-cover application simplifies the dressing change process. Simply peel, place, and cover
