The Cardinal Health Dover 60 mL Irrigation Sterile Syringe is a hospital-grade syringe that can be used at home but is mostly used while under the care of a nurse or caregiver to clean wounds and irrigate wounds that are packed.The Dover Bulb Syringe (Cardinal Health 67000) is an easy to grasp bulb that squirts the cleansing solution - such as the SteadMed Vashe Wash - into the cavity to clean off the area and fill it with gauze again. The bulb works best for people that need to flush out a wound with a rinsing action. The bulb can be squeezed to pull up the cleansing solution and dispense it into the wound to rinse it clean.
The Dover Piston Style Disposable Syringe (Cardinal Health 68000) is a syringe with a more standard approach to its design. The syringe has a flat piston to correctly measure out the solution. The transparent syringe includes engraved, clear markings on the side to supply the correct amount of solution.
The sterile syringes are provided in individual packaging; if you purchase a case option, you will be able to use the syringes as needed individually or make your own customized kits.
