They contains LiquaLock technology, which cleverly retains exudate while also letting moisture vapor pass through the dressing, helping to provide an optimal moist wound healing environment. As the dressing absorbs exudate, the hydropolymer central island swells and fills any irregular contours of the wound, minimizing exudate build-up and chance of maceration.Features
