Treadmills

Treadmills are a great piece of equipment to own and use regularly. All treadmills can be used in the home so you workout does not have to adhere to the weather conditions. Most treadmills also have an incline setting so it can be set for a consistent uphill training program, which is not possible on natural features. Treadmills also force the user to follow a consistent pace instead of fluctuating speed on your own outside. In addition to all of these features, the treadmill can also be placed virtually anywhere in the home (e.g. in front of the TV) thus making your workout more enjoyable.
