What is the difference between SKU 351 and SKU 351P?

Both are identical in size, beam quality, and activation method. The only difference is the 351P has a millimeter pupil gauge imprinted on the barrel for quick pupil size assessment during neurological or emergency exams. If you perform regular pupil checks, the 351P is the better choice.

How does the clip-activation work?
