ConvaTec Kaltostat Calcium Sodium Alginate Wound Dressing
KALTOSTAT is a calcium alginate wound exudate absorber for moderately to heavily draining wounds. It may be appropriately used for Stage II and IV pressure ulcers, venous ulcers, arterial and diabetic ulcers, donor sites, superficial burn wounds, surgical incisions, abrasions, lacerations and traumatic wounds.KALTOSTAT is available in flat dressings or wound packing rope. KALTOSTAT may be left in place up to 7 days and provides trauma-free removal. KALTOSTAT is sterile and latex free.
