The majority of patients use the 45mm or 57mm flange — if you are unsure of your flange size, check the color code on the coupling ring of your current skin barrier (Green = 32mm, Yellow = 38mm, Red/Orange = 45mm, Blue = 57mm, Purple = 70mm).

How do I connect this pouch to a night drainage bag?

Open the Accuseal tap and insert the tubing tip from a standard night drainage bag or the included Accuseal adapter into the tap outlet. Position the night bag below the stoma pouch level for passive gravity drainage. Each box includes two Accuseal adapters for connection to standard night drainage tubing. Clean the adapter between uses and replace if cracked or no longer sealing correctly.

Can I use this pouch with a SUR-FIT Natura skin barrier I already have?

Yes — as long as the flange sizes match. The SUR-FIT Natura coupling system is consistent across the product line. If your barrier is a 45mm SUR-FIT Natura barrier, you need the 45mm version of this pouch (SKU 401544 or 401553).
