Measure your thigh circumference with a soft tape measure, 6 inches (approximately 15 cm) directly above the center of the kneecap. Stand with your weight evenly distributed when taking the measurement. If your measurement falls between two sizes, select the larger size for a more comfortable fit and better compliance.
