Eagle Health · MOD Series 360° Swivel + 9.75" Slide FSA / HSA Eligible
The Eagle Health 80662 Swivel Sliding Transfer Bench is the MOD Series upgrade to Eagle Health's sliding transfer bench lineup — adding a 360° swivel seat that locks every 90° to the smooth 9.75" sliding transfer system. Where a standard sliding bench moves the user in one direction (outside the tub to inside), the 80662's swivel seat adds a rotational step: the user can turn to face the shower or tub before sliding, or rotate to reposition once seated inside, without standing up or transferring again. The MOD Series also features a compact 31"–32" base — shorter than Eagle Health's traditional-length benches — making it the better choice for smaller tubs and tighter bathrooms. 350 lb capacity. FSA/HSA eligible. Non-returnable hygiene product.

The Swivel — What It Does and Why It Matters
Eagle Health 80662 — MOD Series Defining Feature
360° Swivel Seat · Locks Every 90°
The swivel seat rotates the full 360° and locks securely at four positions: 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°. This means the user can sit on the bench outside the tub facing away from the tub, then swivel 90° to face the tub before sliding across — a much more natural motion than the sideways seated transfer required on non-swivel sliding benches. Inside the tub, the user can swivel again to face the shower head, or face forward toward the faucet handles. The swivel does not create instability — it locks firmly at each 90° position, and the seat does not rotate unless the user intentionally swivels it.
How the 80662 Works — 5 Steps
```
1
Position bench
Bench spans the tub wall — one end outside, one end inside. Height adjusted to tub clearance (max 18").
2
Sit and swivel
User sits on outer seat, facing away from tub. Swivels 90° to face the tub — a natural, comfortable motion.
3
Slide across
Seat glides 9.75" along the polished aluminum rails — moving the user from outside to inside the tub, auto-locking at the inner position.
4
Swivel to position
Inside the tub, user swivels to face the shower head or preferred direction. Safety belt secures.
5
Shower and exit
Shower safely from the seated position. Exit reverses the sequence — swivel, slide, swivel, stand.
Which should you choose?
If the user needs perineal access for cleaning, the 70311 cut-out is the right choice. If the user would benefit from being able to face the tub before sliding (making the motion more natural) or reposition once inside without standing, the 80662 swivel is the right choice. Key Features
```
360° Swivel · Locks Every 90°
The swivel seat turns the full circle and locks firmly at four positions — allowing the user to face any direction and sit securely without swiveling back. The lock is positive — the seat does not drift or rotate when the user is seated and locked in position. Unlocking requires deliberate user or caregiver action.
9.75" Slide — Auto-Lock at Each End
The seat glides smoothly along polished aluminum rails 9.75 inches and locks automatically at the inner and outer positions. The auto-lock prevents the seat from sliding unexpectedly while the user is transferring weight. The release requires a deliberate action — not passive movement of the user.
Compact MOD Series Frame — 31"–32" Base
The MOD Series redesigned frame is 2"–3" shorter than Eagle Health's traditional line (33"–34"). This makes the 80662 the better choice for smaller bathrooms where the traditional length creates interference with the toilet, wall, or other fixtures on the approach side of the tub.
Wider Seat — 17.75" × 16.75"
The MOD Series seat is 2" deeper (16.75" vs 14.75") than Eagle Health's traditional Pro-Slide seat. The additional seat depth provides better thigh support during extended shower sessions and accommodates users who find the shallower traditional seat uncomfortable.
Anti-Slip Textured Seat Surface
The molded plastic seat has a lightly textured surface — not smooth — which provides traction when the seat is wet. Combined with the safety belt, the textured seat reduces the risk of the user sliding forward off the seat during showering.
Anti-Slip Rubber Leg Tips
All four legs terminate in rubber suction-style tips that grip the tub interior and bathroom floor surfaces. The legs on the inside of the tub grip the tub surface; the legs on the outside grip the bathroom floor. Both sets must be stable before use.
Safety Belt — Included
The adjustable safety belt secures the user to the seat during showering. The belt prevents forward sliding off the seat and provides the user with a sense of security during the sliding and swivel motions. Included standard.
Tool-Free Assembly · Left or Right Configurable
No tools required for assembly. The handlebar side panel installs on either the right or left — configuring the bench for the user's natural approach direction from either side of the tub. No additional hardware required to change orientation.
```
Left or Right Entry
```
Right-Entry
Handlebar installs on the right — user approaches and sits from the right side of the bench. Choose this when the user's natural approach to the tub is from the right, or when the bathroom layout (toilet, wall, vanity) makes right-side approach easier.
Left-Entry
Handlebar installs on the left — user approaches from the left. Choose this when the bathroom layout makes left-side approach more natural. Same bench, different assembly orientation — no extra parts.

⚠️ Before Ordering — Measure Your Tub
⚠️ Measure first — this product is non-returnable.
```
Maximum tub wall clearance: 18". Measure the height of your tub wall from the bathroom floor to the top of the tub rim. If your tub wall exceeds 18", this bench will not span correctly.
Also confirm the 31"–32" base length fits your tub entry without obstruction from the toilet, wall, or other fixtures on the approach side.
