The Eagle Health Toilet-to-Tub Sliding Transfer Bench is a fundamentally different product from standard transfer benches. While the 70311 and 80662 slide across the tub wall (9.75 inches), this bench spans the entire distance from toilet to tub — sliding 29.5 inches along polished aluminum rails. The user sits over the toilet, uses it safely with the bench in place, then glides 29.5 inches to the tub end for bathing — all without standing, all without transferring to a different device. One bench. Three functions: raised toilet seat with commode cutout, shower chair inside the tub, and transfer bridge between them. Two safety belts (lap and chest). 350 lb capacity. Available in Long (77963, 54.5"–55.5") and XX Long (77993, 64.5"–65.5") for larger bathrooms.

From Toilet to Tub Without Standing
Standard transfer benches slide across the tub wall — typically 9.75 inches. This bench spans the entire space between the toilet and the tub and slides 29.5 inches along that distance. The user sits over the toilet at one end, then glides the full 29.5 inches to the tub position for bathing — remaining seated the entire time. For users who cannot stand between toilet use and bathing, this is not a minor convenience feature. It is the product that makes independent bathroom use possible without a caregiver-assisted transfer between two separate pieces of equipment.

How to choose Long vs XX Long: Measure the distance from the outside edge of your toilet to the outside edge of your bathtub. The bench base must span that distance. If your measurement is under 55", the Long (77963) fits. If it's 55"–65", the XX Long (77993) is required. Raised Toilet Seat
Seat locks over the toilet at the toilet-end position. Commode cutout provides full toilet access. Seat height 20.25"–24.25" — above standard toilet height for easier sit-to-stand.

Toilet-to-Tub Bridge
User glides 29.5 inches along polished aluminum rails from the toilet-end position to the tub-end position. No standing. No transfer to a second device. Locking rings secure the seat at each end.

Shower / Bath Chair
Seat locks at the tub-end position — inside the shower or tub. Drainage holes in the seat allow water to pass through. Two safety belts (lap and chest) secure the user during bathing.

29.5" Sliding Distance — Toilet to Tub
The full 29.5" slide spans the complete distance from the toilet position to the tub position. The locking rings engage automatically at each end — toilet position and tub position — preventing the seat from sliding unexpectedly while the user is positioned at either end. Release requires deliberate action.
Two Safety Belts — Lap and Chest
The 77963/77993 includes two separate safety belts: a lap belt and a chest belt. The lap belt prevents forward sliding during transfer; the chest belt provides additional upper-body security during bathing. No other Eagle Health transfer bench in this lineup includes a chest belt as standard.
Commode Cutout — 10"×8"
The 10"×8" commode opening provides full toilet access when the seat is locked in the toilet-end position — functioning as a raised toilet seat with commode access. The same cutout provides perineal cleaning access during shower use at the tub-end position.
Six Adjustable Legs — Middle Legs Relocatable
Six legs provide maximum stability across the toilet-to-tub span. The middle legs are not in fixed positions — they can be installed at any point along the rails to account for toilet placement, floor variations, or user preference. All six legs adjust in height independently for uneven floors.
Largest Seat in the Eagle Health Lineup — 20.25"×18.5"
At 20.25" wide and 18.5" deep, the 77963/77993 has the largest seat of any Eagle Health transfer bench. The extra seat area provides more comfort during extended use — particularly relevant when the user spends time at both the toilet and tub ends of the bench during a single bathroom session.
Drainage Holes in Seat
The blow-molded plastic seat includes drainage holes — water passes through the seat during showering rather than pooling. The textured seat surface provides traction when wet. Easy to clean and disinfect between uses.
19" Max Tub/Toilet Clearance
At 19", the 77963/77993 accommodates taller tub walls than the 70311 (18.5") or 80662 (18"). The half-inch difference matters for users with taller jetted tubs or non-standard bath configurations. Verify your tub wall height before ordering.
Tool-Free Assembly · Left or Right
No tools required for assembly. Assembles to face right or left to match the user's approach direction and bathroom layout. The same bench configures either way — no additional hardware. Middle legs install anywhere along the rails without tools.

1. Toilet-to-tub distance: Measure from the outer edge of your toilet to the outer edge of your tub. Under 55" → choose Long (77963). 55"–65" → choose XX Long (77993).
2. Tub wall height: Measure from your bathroom floor to the top of the tub rim. Maximum is 19". If taller than 19", this bench will not span correctly.
3. Toilet height: Standard toilet height is 15"–17". The bench seat adjusts 20.25"–24.25" — verify the seat height will be above your toilet rim for correct over-toilet use.
