The tube site shape's pre-slit design wraps cleanly around gastrostomy and percutaneous tube shafts without gaps. In each configuration, the PolyMem membrane activates on contact with wound fluid — drawing contaminants into the matrix, expanding gently to fill the wound surface, wicking exudate up to 10 times its weight, and donating moisture to dry wound areas — while the built-in glycerin moisturizer reduces wound pain and the unique PolyMem mechanism concentrates inflammation within the wound to accelerate healing.
