Lightweight and Portable: Weighing in at only 51.7 lbs. (excluding batteries), it is easily transported whether you're going to the store or taking a trip. Its design is FAA and TSA approved for travel. It has a solid, one-piece aluminum alloy frame. At 18" wide total, the Luggie Classic motorized disability scooter is also compact, and its collapsible feature makes it the ideal transportable four wheel scooter available for sale for the handicapped and the elderly.
Foldable: One of the most convenient features of this mobility scooter is the ability to fold up and be pulled from behind like a suitcase. No more fussing with scooter lifts or heavy components, and when you're done with it, it won't take up the whole room.
Seat: The scooter's 14.5" wide seat provides ample room and personal comfort for most users, even on long rides or when traveling over uneven terrain. The seat is contoured to protect you from vibrations for a comfortable journey. You can adjust the seat with a choice of 3 height adjustments, and the tiller is also height adjustable. It has a 250 lb. weight capacity.
Safe: The Luggie Classic Folding Mobile Scooter for adults comes equipped with solid front and rear tires so you don't have to worry about flats. With a turning radius of 40.85", indoor maneuvering is exceptionally easy. It sports rear anti-tippers for a safer ride, and the automatic dynamic regenerating braking system with spring activated magnetic solenoid parking brake and freewheel facility gives you control over how and when you stop.
Convenient: Two speed controls allow you to ride up to 4 mph and it has an estimated 10 mile driving range. The trigger is used to adjust the tiller to the most comfortable height as well as to fold the tiller up or down. The two 12 AH Lead Acid Batteries are quick and simple to remove and install and they charge using a convenient off-board charger. The scooter features a top console with speed control.
