What Twilight Does

Golden's patented Twilight Tilt Technology tilts the entire chair body as a unit — not just raising the footrest or lowering the backrest independently — to achieve positions that standard infinite-position lift chairs cannot. The result is a true zero-gravity position (legs elevated to heart level, weight distributed evenly across the body) and a Trendelenburg position (feet elevated above head level). Both positions are achievable continuously along the tilt range, not at fixed preset stops, giving the user infinite control between upright and full Trendelenburg.

Zero Gravity

In zero gravity, the Twilight mechanism elevates the legs to approximately heart level while the backrest reclines, distributing the user's body weight evenly across the chair surface — eliminating the concentrated pressure points that occur with standard seated posture.
