The Jay Duo Cushion feature an integrated, contoured solid seat pan with a soft foam and fluid seat cushion. Designed to replace the sling upholstery and maintain the seat to floor height as low as possible. Provides optimal comfort and skin protection for the moderate risk person with mild positioning needs.The Jay Duo consists of three distinct but integrated parts, a solid seat pan, a foam cushion and an integrated fluid pad. Ideal for clients requiring mild to moderate positioning who are at moderate risk for skin breakdown
