Maddak Corner Seat/Positioning Aid
The Pediatric Corner Seat and Positioning Aid can be used anywhere - indoors, outdoors, bathtub. It is designed to promote head and upper extremity control in order to encourage the development of fine motor control. The corner seat stabilizes the shoulders, pelvis and trunk and facilitates the arms and shoulders to come forward which increases arm movements and allows the child to work on activities in the midline.The Pediatric Corner Bath Seat features an H-strap for anterior trunk support, a hip belt to maintain proper position and an abductor block to help maintain leg extension and reduce extensor thrust. The broad base design provides stability and helps to prevent the seat from tipping over.
It can also be used in the bathtub. Made of polyethylene. Easy to wash and maintain. Weighs 9 lb. (4.1 kg).
