Skil-Care Gel Lift Cushion is a low profile pressure relief and redistribution cushion that can be placed above a foam cushion or used alone. Gel-lift cushion offers a water-based gel surface that provides pressure-relieving flotation and the cooling action reduces skin-damaging perspiration. The gel cooling effect also lowers the risk of pressure ulcers by reducing the metabolic demand. The low rise profile allows the resident to self-propel by not significantly raising the seat height.Features

Important Safety Feature:
- - The gel-lift cushion could be used with or without a cover, but to prevent the cushion from sliding off the chair it is important to attach the tie straps. The tie straps are provided on the cushion or on all Skil-Care covers.
- Easy Care:
- - The gel-lift cushion wipes clean with a damp cloth and spray-type disinfectants. Do not use cleaners with bleach and do not launder the cushion. The optional covers can be cleaned with spray and wipe disinfectants.
