How to choose: Measure the width and length of your toilet base at the floor (not the bowl — the base footprint where it contacts the floor). If your base is approximately 11"–12" wide, choose TV300. Why the Toilevator vs a Standard Raised Toilet Seat
This is the most important question to answer before buying any toilet height aid. The Toilevator and a standard raised toilet seat solve the same problem — getting the toilet seat higher — but in fundamentally different ways with meaningfully different trade-offs:
Toilevator — Raises the Whole Toilet
The Toilevator is installed between the toilet base and the floor flange — the toilet sits on top of the Toilevator. The seat height increases because the toilet itself is higher. Standard Raised Seat — Clips to Bowl or Seat

The full toilet — bowl, seat, lid, and tank — rises 3.5 inches. This is the clinically meaningful height addition for post-hip and knee surgery patients, where reaching below the hip crease is contraindicated.

Anchor Bolt Stability
The TVG350 features 12 anchor bolt positions for flexible, secure installation. The toilet re-bolts to the floor through the Toilevator — the same way it originally bolted to the floor. No shifting. No rocking. Fully stable under any user at any weight within capacity.
All Hardware Included
Both models include the installation hardware needed to reinstall the toilet. A pipe extension is included where needed to accommodate the additional 3.5" distance to the floor water supply connection.
Installation Overview — What to Expect
⚠️ Installation requires toilet removal. Unlike clip-on raised toilet seats, the Toilevator requires disconnecting the water supply, removing the toilet from the floor, placing the Toilevator on the floor flange, and reinstalling the toilet on top of it. This is a standard plumbing task — not complicated — but it is not a 5-minute swap. Most homeowners with basic DIY experience can complete the installation in 30–60 minutes. If you are not comfortable with toilet removal, a plumber can complete this in under an hour.
- Turn off the water supply valve behind/beside the toilet. Flush to empty the tank and bowl. Disconnect the water supply line from the tank base.
- Remove the bolt caps at the base of the toilet. Unscrew the floor bolts. Rock the toilet gently side to side to break the wax seal, then lift the toilet and set it on its side nearby. Remove and discard the old wax ring.
- Place the Toilevator over the floor flange. The anchor bolt slots align with the flange bolt holes. Install new floor bolts through the Toilevator into the flange.
- Install a new wax ring on the toilet horn. Carefully lower the toilet back onto the floor bolts through the Toilevator. Press down firmly to compress the wax ring. Thread and tighten the floor bolt nuts.
- Reconnect the water supply line (use the included pipe extension if needed). Turn the water on. Check for leaks at the supply connection and at the base. Replace the bolt caps.
