The Invacare microAir MA800 Alternating Pressure Low Air Loss Mattress System offers true low air loss therapy for moisture and temperature control and the treatment and prevention of pressure ulcers.

The MA80 features a 3-in1 alternating pressure system that supports 2/3 of the bodys weight at all times while the rest of the body enjoys active pressure relief. The 3-in-1 system means the ratio of inflated cells to deflated cells is 3:1. Cycle times for the microAir MA800 are customizable to suit the users particular therapy needs. The microAir MA800 also features a pulsation setting that can promote blood flow to tissue by continually relieving surface pressure every sixty-seconds. The mattress internal exhaust helps to keep the surface temperature cooler which controls moisture and also provides a quieter pump. HeelSense technology decreases air pressure at the lower end of the mattress to alleviate pressure points on the vulnerable heel area.

The Auto Firm Mode of the MA800 allows for rapid inflation in just seconds to help with patient transfer and nursing procedures.

The Invacare microAir cover is made of durable quilted nylon that is highly vapor permeable to help control moisture. The base of the cover is made from non-slip nylon that reduces shear and friction to help keep the mattress in place during bed articulation. Integrated into the mattress cover is a cable management system that keeps cords off the ground and out of the way to mitigate trip hazards around the bed.
