The Harmar AL301XL Fusion Extra Large Lift is Harmar's largest exterior Fusion platform — a 36" × 39" Stars-N-Stripes aluminum deck with optional adjustable cradles extending to 53", accommodating the widest and longest power chairs and scooters in today's market. Where the standard AL300 tops out at a 26" platform width and 46" cradle extension, the AL301XL opens up an additional 10" of platform width and 7" of additional cradle reach — making it the right choice when the AL300 simply isn't big enough. Four self-tensioning Q'Straint retractors with front and rear cradles secure both power chairs and scooters without device modifications. Fully powered lift and automatic fold. Class III hitch required. 100 lbs installed. Minivans, SUVs, trucks, and vans. Made in the USA. HD version (400 lb) also available.

36" × 39" Platform — Cradles Extend to 53" — Wheelbase Up to 48" The AL301XL's platform is meaningfully larger than anything else in the Harmar exterior lineup. At 36" wide by 39" long — with optional adjustable cradles extending to 53" — it accommodates power chairs and scooters with wheelbases up to 48" and widths up to 35.5" that would not fit on the AL300 or AL560XL platforms. For users with today's larger full-size or bariatric power chairs, or wide-stance heavy scooters, the AL301XL is the only Fusion lift with enough real estate to do the job without requiring device modification.
4 Self-Tensioning Q'Straint Retractors · Front & Rear Cradles · No Modifications The AL301XL uses the same proven Q'Straint retractor system as the AL300 and AL300HD — four self-tensioning retractors that hook to existing frame points on power chairs and scooters, with no drilling or modification required. Front and rear wheel cradles stabilize the device on the extra-wide platform. Once hooked, the retractors automatically maintain the correct tension for highway travel. The combination of the front/rear cradle system and four retractors makes this one of the most secure securement setups in the Harmar lineup.

Both are Fusion platform lifts that carry power chairs and scooters with Q'Straint retractors and no device modifications. The key difference is platform size and device capacity. The AL300 has a 26" × 39" platform with cradles extending to 46", a max wheelbase of 42", and works with Class II hitches. The AL301XL has a significantly wider 36" × 39" platform with cradles extending to 53", a max wheelbase of 48", and requires a Class III hitch.
