Where the AL580 tops out at 350 lbs and is optimized for 10" drive wheels, the HDX steps up to 450 lbs and accommodates mid-wheel chairs with drive wheel sizes from 10" to 14", covering the full range of today's heavy and Group 3 mid-wheel platforms. Securement is dual-system: four Q'Straint retractors hook to the chair's frame points while a padded hold-down arm simultaneously stabilizes from above — the most comprehensive securement setup in the Harmar mid-wheel lift family.
